I'm looking for a fresh/not so fresh low rate server

as the title say, im looking for a server that has a rate around 1x/1x to 7x/7x

**PRE-RENEWAL (with rebirth class) is a must
**not so much DONATIONS and CUSTOMS
**NO custom NPC like WARPER, JOB CHANGER, RESETTER, etc.
