Well you haven't really specified what you like so I'll just give it a shot, I hope you like what you see and come to join us.
LimitRO Metro is a very user-friendly environment, with fun filled quests for headgears, leveling and other items such as pets. We have 3 custom towns, one of which is our main town called Lunette. There you'll find the vending lines the only ones we have in the server, so no separate map or stuff. During WoE we peak at 100 users online of course that includes vendors and buyers. We have usually around 10~15 vendors, considering we've added the "buy shop" feature we got around 5~ new users using that so we have around 15~20. There is a strong WoE competition with 3-4 guilds (+6~14 ea guild) competing for 1 castle so it really gets rocking at times. We also don't have 3rd jobs.

Rates: 75x/75x/25x - Card 0.5%, MvP Card 0.05%, Quest 10x, MvP Drop 10x
BG: Additional Battleground with Rush & Conquest, self scripted not bought.
Language: All GM's support english, but also German, Swedish and Chinese. The community in general all speak english, some better than others. Although we also have Czech, Russian, Spanish & German speakers amongst others.
GM Activity: You'll find a GM on everyday.
Community: Everybody is very friendly.
WoE: Started 24.09.2011
NPC: Every town has a Healer & Warper (Dungeons & Fields) some also have Tool Dealer & Repairman, Job Changer.
Quests: Custom quests for Pets in a custom town. Hat Maker, Mission (Level Up) boards that help you level up after completing missions, as well as Mission (MvP Hunt) with which you can get special items that the Hat Maker does not provide.
Commands: @autoloot, @alootid, @whosells, @jtws, @go, @gstorage (password protected), @commands, @time, & more, NO @storage.

We're a 5/5/3 server that has been around for a number of years and have a good sized amount of players.

We have a number of customized options, including a Light Versus Dark system with quests and events based on it, as well as a montly event called the Trial of Heroes where you test your courage, wits, and power in a number of tasks from monster fighting to trivia to gain the wings of your chosen allegiance!

Another event we have is a weekly Muspel Monday, a dungeon crawl with different objectives you need to fill to get to the boss at the end.

War of Emperium has a regular attendance of three guilds fighting for castles, and will always need more blood pouring from it, so gear up and charge into battle!

Our GM team is full of enthusiastic people who are always working on making heRO the best it can be, and are working on some interesting projects that we hope to have out soon, so this may be the perfect time to join!

IntenseRO is about to have their 2nd Anniversary, so it pretty much means that the Server is a bit old.
Rates are 150x/150x/Custom (It's a Mid Rate Server)
Balanced. No crazy custom items. No wings either. They got mounts
All Jobs are available including Third Jobs and Baby Third Jobs.
They have a dedicated Developer who works on Third Jobs, in case you're worried about that.
The Server is on GMT+8 but the physical Server is located in the US.
There's a lot of players online and most are friendly.
The Staff members are friendly too and if they are on, you can easily contact them via @request.
The usual @ commands are available in-game as well. Just gotta use @commands/@charcommands to see what is available to you.
