Guild looking for server

We're 15ish people looking to play RO again starting after march 10. Our previous server is pretty much dead so now we're looking for a new one.

*Preferred rates would be anything between 10 and 500, but we'll consider any rates if everything else fits
*Job changer and town warper preferred, indifferent towards healer npc and dungeon warp
*Must have low drop rate for boss cards
*New server would be nice, something opening in march perfect, older ones not so sure
*Server hosted in Germany would be nice but not a requirement
*No renewal (we are too lazy to learn new things)
*Max level 99/70, max aspd 190
*Must have battlegrounds
*Playable WoE time for europeans
*No donation items that give advantage over non donators, even if you can get them by other methods as well
*Nice looking custom hats are ok as long as they don't have ridiculous stats
*Custom maps are ok but would prefer no, except for a pretty Prontera
*no servers run by pinoys (bad experiences with those), overrun by pinoys (...) or hosted in pinoyland (awful ping)
*100+ population not including venders, or if not open yet, servers that can realistically expect decent amount of players
*No servers with 10 GMs sitting in Pront making pretty hats for themselves and chatting with groupies

we're kinda picky I guess but hopefully there's something out there that fits :<

Hi there, I'd like to suggest LimitRO Metro to you.

I'll highlight your requirements with green what fits to us, red what doesn't and orange what's in the grey zone.

*Preferred rates would be anything between 10 and 500, but we'll consider any rates if everything else fits - Rates 75x/75x/25x | Card 0.5% | MVP Card 0.05%
*Job changer and town warper preferred, indifferent towards healer npc and dungeon warp - Job Changer, Reset NPC, Stylist, Banker, Warper, Healer, Fairy Buffer (750z)
*Must have low drop rate for boss cards
*New server would be nice, something opening in march perfect, older ones not so sure - 14 months old now but we're still a good community, and it shows we don't just go down right away. We're stable!
*Server hosted in Germany would be nice but not a requirement - Hosted in Germany
*No renewal (we are too lazy to learn new things) - Pre-Renewal, Transcended & Expanded Classes
*Max level 99/70, max aspd 190 - Got it!
*Must have battlegrounds - Got it!
*Playable WoE time for europeans - Got it! Times
*No donation items that give advantage over non donators, even if you can get them by other methods as well - Hard one, the donations barely give and great advantage, +1 Stats to all & 1 Slot or +1% ATK & +1% DEF.
*Nice looking custom hats are ok as long as they don't have ridiculous stats - Got it!
*Custom maps are ok but would prefer no, except for a pretty Prontera - Custom town called Lunette.
*no servers run by pinoys (bad experiences with those), overrun by pinoys (...) or hosted in pinoyland (awful ping) - Owned by Lai, Run by me.
*100+ population not including venders, or if not open yet, servers that can realistically expect decent amount of players - We get 100~110 players midday with around 20~35 venders, WoE it's of course more, at nights it goes down a little.
*No servers with 10 GMs sitting in Pront making pretty hats for themselves and chatting with groupies - I usually wear the same headgear unless somebody wants me to show them all donation headgears, and wait for somebody to need support or talk to me.

Additonally we do have a guild package for +10 players http://metro.limit-ro.net/?module=_pack it's more like a advanced starter pack but still useful and available if you have 10 or more players.

im januar geöffnet, hat 7x7x7 rates. schon durchschnittlich 200 spieler online. ist ein internationaler server, aber in deutschland gehostet. ist zwar nicht ganz das was ihr von den rates her sucht, aber definitiv ein frischer und gut wachsender server .

Hello! I think DivinityRO would interest you and your friends. It's a growing community (2 weeks ago, there was 100-125 online (excluding vendors); now there's over 200 connected simultaneously with a peak of ~300) with friendly, professional GMs. We just got a hardware upgrade as well; you can view the splendid details of that here.

Specifics:

*Preferred rates would be anything between 10 and 500, but we'll consider any rates if everything else fits ☑ Yes! DivinityRO is 100/100/25 with floating rates up to 150/150/25. Some things are 50x, while cards are 75x
*Job changer and town warper preferred, indifferent towards healer npc and dungeon warp ☑ Yes! We have a Job Changer, Town Warper, Healer, Dungeon Warper (including levels), Card Remover, Resetter, etc.
*Must have low drop rate for boss cards ☑ Yes! MVP Cards range from 1-10x (0.01%-0.10%)
*New server would be nice, something opening in march perfect, older ones not so sure ☑ Server was launched late 2011; I don't know the exact date, but I'd guess mid-October
*Server hosted in Germany would be nice but not a requirement ☑ Server is hosted in the United States of America (see: above link for server information)
*No renewal (we are too lazy to learn new things) ☑ Yes! Divinity does not offer Renewal features or classes other than the client (multi-F windows, etc.)
*Max level 99/70, max aspd 190 ☑ Max Level: 99/70;I do not know the max ASPD
*Must have battlegrounds ☑ Yes! and fairly active as well
*Playable WoE time for europeans ☑ Yes! There are playable WoE Times for Europeans. I believe it is the afternoon for Europeans (check the website)

I do not believe that any of dRO's donations give any "unfair" advantages. You can view a list by logging into the CP or by scrolling the Flash moving field on the site below the news
*Nice looking custom hats are ok as long as they don't have ridiculous stats ☑ I'm not 100% sure if there are custom headgears. I do know that some are being discussed, though, and that the community is deciding the stats (view our Suggestion board for more details)
*Custom maps are ok but would prefer no, except for a pretty Prontera ☑ To my knowledge, dRO does not offer custom maps
*no servers run by pinoys (bad experiences with those), overrun by pinoys (...) or hosted in pinoyland (awful ping) ☑ Again, the server is located in the U.S.A and is run by an American/European/Canadian team
*100+ population not including venders, or if not open yet, servers that can realistically expect decent amount of players ☑200+ not including vendors with a peak of 290
*No servers with 10 GMs sitting in Pront making pretty hats for themselves and chatting with groupies ☑ dRO doesn't even have 10 GMs firstly; secondly, everyone does their job and does it right. We're currently in the process of hiring more active GMs, and we've just recruited two new Event GMs.

Hi there I've been playing heRO for a few months and its just on the up and up from what I see. Server has been running 6+ years and its population, economy and competition is nothing short of amazing.

To answer your queries:

HeRO is a totally FREE server and has been running 6 years in spite of it.

>> Nothing ridiculous everywhere. HeRO is full of customs but ALL of them fill their own niche and without alienating any of the old school gear we all know and love. Its just a bigger game here. We do have wings and while they do have advantages they also have some major disadvantages that make their use very situational and ONCE AGAIN DO NOT ALIENATE ANY OF THE GEAR  we all know. There are also significantly hard monthly events and quests required to obtain the more useful ones.

Well I can't really think of anything outside of that. After lots of searching and time spent on other low rates HeRO is the only one that stuck for me. Absolutely 0 complaints with this server and not gonna be going anywhere anytime soon.
