You might want to try LifeRO! We're a Very close to official mid rate server. Our server is hosted in Quebec Canada but our data-center has infrastructures in Europe (Paris: France-IX, Equinix Paris, SFINX (50 G),Amsterdam: AMSIX (160 G), Warsaw: TPIX, PLIX (100 G)), I can assure you that you will not experience any delays or lag spikes. Players can only open 1 client at a time as we do not want them to dual log and create buff slaves, we're trying to bring back the original gameplay of Ragnarok Online. You'll see legit players playing Support classes. We do have 300+ players everyday and normal number of online is 100+ (Without dual logging).
