no godly donation
good amount of players
well balance and active events
no wings!!!!! or crap customs

What kind of rates do you want? Third classes/Renewal, or no?

The rates is also very important, be as specific as possible and aas detailed as possible for what you're looking at.. it makes it hard for us else since we don't know what you're looking for.

Do those even exist even more?

If you go to any high rate they usually end up being not that well balanced, and have custom gears.  If you go to a low rate you can expect low number of players.  Might be some mid rate servers maybe?

How many players are "good amount" violet?

Your request:
-No Godlike donations - We don't have such things, all donations are balanced!
-Good amount of players - We have a constant 80~100 during the day and it drops down to 60~80 during the night, woe hours or pre-woe hours are +100
-Well balanced and active events - That we indeed are!
-No Wings & other crap customs - Well I got a special section for that at the bottom of my general information.

General information
Rates: 75x/75x/25x - Card 0.5%, MvP Card 0.05%, Quest 10x, MvP Drop 10x
BG: Additional Battleground with Rush & Conquest, self scripted not bought.
Language: All GM's support english, but also German, Swedish and Chinese. The community in general all speak english, some better than others. Although we also have Czech, Russian, Spanish & German speakers amongst others.
Jobs: Trans, Extended, No 3rd.
GM Activity: You'll find a GM on close to everyday.
Community: Everybody is very friendly.
WoE: Started 24.09.2011
NPC: Every town has a Healer & Warper (Dungeons & Fields) some also have Tool Dealer & Repairman, Job Changer.
Quests: Custom quests for Pets in a custom town. Hat Maker, Mission (Level Up) boards that help you level up after completing missions, as well as Mission (MvP Hunt) with which you can get special items that the Hat Maker does not provide.
Commands: @autoloot, @alootid, @whosells, @jtws, @go, @gstorage (password protected), @commands, @time, & more, NO @storage.

Concerning Wings: We have 6 or 7 little wings such as these:

They are donations and no slot, +1 stats, +1% Atk & +1% Def.

We also recently hit 151 players online during woe (tuesday) if that is of interest to you.
