Have you tried Proteus RO?

its a x150/x150/x50, without any renewal. As far as customs, they are at a minimum, and there are no oversize ones.

Even though its not over 150 as you request, it is still easy to level because we also have Floating rates which means that the rates are increased at random times of the day.

I know this is kinda late but we started only later on the 8th of November.

So yea a brand new server and a fresh start for everyone ^^

No 3rd job classes
No custom items here, we have a no custom policy.
No over-powered donate items either, we do not rely on donations at all.
Balance  is what we are looking for and there won't be any over-powered donates to ruin that.
