Pre-Renewal American server with American WoE?

I'm starting to wonder if they still exist. I'm looking for a Classic or Pre-Renewal server that is hosted by American times and actually has a WoE scheduled for Americans, not just "balanced for Asians". I'm so tired of servers where WoE happens at 4am PST and no one speaks English, then everyone complains about lag because it's hosted in Montana.

One without ridiculously overpowered donation items/"rental" items would be nice too.

It's the WoE time that I'm really looking for. I don't mind Euro players, they're very nice. It's the WoE times and server balance that is important.

VividRo is a mid-low rate server (40x40x30x) opened on the 15th of May.

WoE is 5PM - 7PM Pacific Time, with only 4 castles open to ensure concentrated PvP: 1 in Payon, 1 in Pront, and one in Yuno, one in Rachel. 5-6 is WoE 1.0, 6-7 is Woe 2.0.

Hello!

Our server just opened on the first of June. We are an American server, based in California, all of our GMs are fluent in English. Our current WoE takes place at 9 PM EST on Fridays, although as the community and guild competition grows, we will be adding more WoEs - some earlier in the day, some later at night, to make it more accessible to everybody.
