What's up? I'm in the market for a new server to play on. Let's just say that my previous one didn't work out like I had hoped it would.

Here's what I'm looking for.

1 - English speaking player majority and server staff
2 - Rates no higer than 15/15/15
3 - No insane customs or OP donation items
4 - A professional and dedicated staff
5 - A solid player population count or a recently opened server

If any of you boys and girls have any recommendations, that'd be wonderful. Thanks a bunch! :3

Hey,

Here's a server you could try. It's a low-rate pre-renewal server with trans classes. The rate is 9/9/4 for non-trans classes and 6/6/4 for trans classes.

5 - A solid player population count or a recently opened server It's not a recently opened server, but the server has been up for 10 years + so it's very stable and you know the server will not shut down anytime soon.

Also, the server is hosted in Montreal, Canada and a lot of players are from Canada/U.S. If you are in this timezone, you should try it out(if not, you will probably have a hard time running into players in early morning/late night server time). The community has some quality players, and people generally think this server has nice players.

1. we are a german staff who also talk english and the language of the mainchat is english
2. we are a low rate server with 5/5/2 ~ 8/8/2 (premium can be bougth with zeny or cashpoints)
3. the cashshop contains some headgears and visuall stuff, no op items and everything can be aquired with zeny as we offer a zeny to cashpoints trader.
4. checkout our About the Team and Custom ClientEffect + @command Pages. We are software developer in our reallife and know how to work with servercore and client to fix bugs, and implement new suggestions or ideas.
5 we started our final release on the first of April, before we had a open beta. the population is still small, but we are confident that we will grow.

Hello Hubert,

I'm happy to see you are seeking a low rate server. Hopefully the one I'm about to offer you suits your needs and you come to join us.
OriginsRO (site: http://originsro.org/) is a server that aims to provide a fun experience close to that of official servers.
Although we launched in October 2013, we started even before Juno update (the one that brought in 2-2 classes), and have been reasonably releasing each official episode changing only where necessary.
We are currently on episode [episodenamegoeshere], and our rates are 5/5/5/3 (3x is for mini-bosses and MvPs).
No donation money is ever accepted unless it is a completely anonymous transaction. That is, there isn't and will never be any sort of Cash Shop, Item Mall or VIP system. We keep the server 100% free!
There are no game-breaking NPCs like Healers, Job Changers, Free Warpers or Resetter, but we do have a tailor and a hairstylist with several cloth colors, hair colors and hairstyles (both official and custom!), plus 4 different skin tones (Pale, Default/White, Tan and Black) to be set during character creation.
Everything will be updated about once every two months until we hit the latest pre-RE episode, from where we will focus on content developed by us, or adapted from Renewal to fit classic mechanics.
There is also a Master Account system, so that all your game accounts are linked to a single one that you will use to log into the game from the Launcher, while using the interface to select which game account to log in. A common master storage also exists, making transfering items between your accounts even easier, and guest passwords can be set for friends or guildmates to use a single game account without learning of the other ones linked to your M.A..
Our launcher and client have been tested to work on Windows natively, and on Linux and Mac through WINE.

Me and my associate will look at all of these at length. We're really trying to find somewhere where we can actually settle down and play for more than a couple of weeks without some sort of dealbreaker becoming apparent and/or the server shutting down. These seem like viable options.
