Sorry but I don't seem to like servers with exclusive stuff, you know 1 stat opens a lot of possibilities, robo eye is a good example. I've played Metro before too, thanks anyway.

EDIT: Does your server have a feature where you get more exp per party member?
Example:
No Bonus exp share on 2 people - 50% / 50%
with bonus exp - 60% / 60%

I love this feature since it brings back the fun at Abbey.

On UtopiaRO you do get more EXP per member of your parties! We have huge leveling parties in one of our custom maps quite often!

Edit: Tricky tricky, adding @storage in just now! We do not provide @Storage, but we do allow the ability to mail things from anywhere (Even inside a dungeon, you can send mail)

I played UtopiaRO before too, the community is really nice, the customizations are fine but the drop rates on cards seem too low. Thanks for suggesting anyway.

For every 200 MVP Kills, raise rates to 25x/25x/25x for six hours, and for every 25,000 Monster Kills, raise rates to 20x/20x/20x for three hours~

A lot of times when I login I see rates are increased, and I see people selling and farming cards normally. I know rates were increased since the old version of UtopiaRO (5x)

You can also get Bubble Gum through Event Points to help farm cards~

If you can't find a server to play I would highly suggest trying UtopiaRO out again, the economy is better than it was previously and in response to your newly added feature, Resetting is as follows;

Stats: 50CP or 200,000z
Skills: 50CP or 200,000z
Both: 90CP or 350,000z

I've been thinking of Kafra cards, @storage can be a pain for WoE.

If I recall (I made it a while ago) it scales to your level and caps around 1mill, but I've been thinking of putting in a cheaper one.

WELLL It launches next week, I hope its around that.

Anyways, there is a beta out, you can try some of the things I have set up on the server out and leave feedback on the forums, I always like to hear player feedback, and I use it to make the server the best it can be!
