Any pre-re / renewal hybrids?

Are there any servers using 3CEAM or some type of pre-re / renewal hybrid? (Bringing 3rd classes to pre-re mechanics)

I used to play EssenceRO years ago and they were set up that way, I'd love to play again on a similar style server.  I'd prefer rates of 25x or higher.
