Looking For High Rate or Super High Rate

I'm looking for a HR or SHR to play on. English, preferably US, must not be infested with pinoys. If there are 3rd jobs it must be full renewal. Rates can be pretty much anywhere above 3k/3k, max level at or above 255, must have at least @go (ideally @warp). Fully functional warper with field warps if no @warp. I don't care about population as long as it's not huge, the newer the server the better. Customs are ok, custom towns/mobs not so much. Please no Naruto/Bleach/Pokemon centered servers.

You could try two servers i formerly played on (moved on to a mid rate)

Kitsune RO - 3Kexp/jxp, custom drop rates. Tons of customs, trans only, 255/100
Gathering RO - EXP rate higher than 3k, choice amount of customs mainly for god helms and mid gears, third jobs and renewal mechanics, 255/50 i think
