DreamerRO info is wrong.
According to the link for the server, the server doesn't even open for another 10 days (hence, it should have no population), and when it does, it'll be 12x for opening, then 8x, rather than the 20x listed.
Their max level lists trans, so I'm not sure if they will even have 3rd jobs.
Oh, I guess they decided to remake it. I didn't bother to check if it was still up or not; I assumed it was. Thank you, Green! I'll take it off the list for now.

Updated. Added Midgard Chronicles to the MR list. Removed AmericaRO and LunaliaRO; both websites were dead.
Pagan's population has substantially decreased to around 30 online.
It would be nice if this list also showed the max level of higher rate servers.
That's a good idea. Will be added on the next update (Saturday 18th).
If anyone else has any similar ideas, try to post them before Saturday =)
I would also suggest updating population to reflect alts and autovends. If you go onto a server like IntenseRO and count the autotrades, you'll find there are about 1000 of them on (yes, seriously, it's the biggest forest of shops I have ever seen), and very few players. A lot of old servers in this situation are currently on your list.
If someone is willing to download every single server on this list, login, check the real population & log off... I will update that. Other than that, I can only base the population numbers by what their CP/Website says. Of course, I could check how many merchants are online on the CP... but you can't tell if they are just vending or actually playing.

No Renewal stat system for players, but monsters do have renewal stats. I got a +30 matk rod when starting out, but got no matk for equipping it, so items probably have renewal descriptions with pre-renewal effects (or it's simply not working). 8 out of the 10-12 online people were merchants set up by the staff in Prontera.
