Looking for a fun server with balanced PvP. I'm talking about balanced in the sense of No Cash Shop items. No donating to win garbage. Seems harsh I know and my expectations seem high, but there are a lot of RO Servers out there. Here's what I want in a nutshell.

255/175 - Level/Job Cap
ACTIVE English Community - Not just AFKing 24/7.
Pre-Renewal (No 3rd Jobs/No Kiels)
Open World/Arena PvP
Easy Leveling for PvPing
Active WoE (Mandatory) | Baby WoE (Optional)

Discord Services - For Voice Chat/Talking

The last server that had me stick around for months was iHeartRO. But the owner  had to shut down due to financial reasons.

I generally enjoy questing for rewards, provided the drops aren't abysmal.
