EXP RATES: This can be anything from 100x to 5000x MUST.
DROP RATES: For stuff like, Glove[1], Masquerade over 5%,
EQUIPMENT DROPS:For stuff like tidals, wools, basic Equipment over 30%
MVP EQUIP DROP RATES: Over 50%
CARD DROP RATES: Over 5% MUST.
MVP CARD DROP RATES: 0.75% and below. MUST.
LEVELS
BASE: 99 MUST.
JOB: 70 MUST.
MISC
NO MVP ROOM MUST.
MUST BE A FAIRLY NEW SERVER.
NO OVERPOWERED DONATIONS. MUST.
NO +10 REFINERS. MUST.
NO GOD ITEMS. MUST.
NO GOLD ROOM. MUST.
RENEWAL. MUST.
POPULATION OVER 20 WITHOUT VENDORS AND AFKS. MUST.
TRANS ONLY MUST
That's about it, now if one server posts here without following the MUST's don't even think about getting any players. I may make an exception if it's only ONE MUST.

I can not think of any server that would fit these requirements.
I've played a few like this the only downside was population.
Rates: 100-500 ok can MAYBE find some with max level 99/70 but above that is going to be hard, I mean why would above 501x be max lvl 99? Should be 255 or higher. & The card rate 0.75% for mvp or below, and 5% normal card.. rofl as well most higher rates go to 1% mvp card or higher
No MvP Room: Not many have those anymore.
No OP Donations: Rofl good luck finding that, that's hard. Even TalonRO has op donations..
No +10 refiner? Meaning no insta +10 and no risk? Who actually has that o.O?
No God items: Mm, that might be tricky, I think there are few that have the no god item feature
Renewal & the above requested, rofl..
Overall: Rethink what you want. & What really needs to be a "must"

Yeah servers can go up to 30,000 with the max level 99/70.
0.75% and below isn't hard to find at all, I've seen servers with 100% drops on normal cards.
That's because TalonRO sucks, I've seen servers with no donations.
Yeah and Pinoy infested servers.
No it's not, God Items aren't even on most servers...
Some servers still have the old outdated s*** without renewal.
Finally if you don't like my server preferences then don't post.
