Hey bitsokoi! Those are pretty easy requirements to fill. You should come check out WoonRO sometime.

Specifics:
• 150x/150x/50x mid rate with 1x MvP cards.
• Pre-Renewal.
• We have everything added up to the Ash Vacuum episode, then also new towns up to Mora.
• 99/70 max level.

@Bitsokoi, You might want to try LifeRO. We're 2 days old and we're still on our OBT Phase. Our online peak is 190+ without dual logging and vendors (Since dual logging is impossible) and 350+ different players goes online everyday (But different times). You will see legit priests and merchants here ^^ The links are on my signature.
