Hey chuvaloo,

After reading your conditions for a server, I can safely say that Astral RO is the perfect place for you!

From all of your conditions, only two of them were not met:

- Our mvp card drop rate is only at 5% but this is still pretty high compared to the other servers.

- Our server opened January 2013, our population is at 40-50 and at 60-70 during peak times ( woe ).
