- Low Rate - Mid Rate (floating rates is optional) <-- 8/8/5 (0.1% normal cards, 0.01% MVP cards)
- NO imbalanced donation items (a link for a list of donation items, so I could check) <-- list is not published yet, but there will only be costumes, headgears that are NOT better than anything ingame, exp manuals, maybe bubblegums (still in discussion) and some convenience/fun items (agi/bless scrolls, dead branches)
- V4P (a link for a list of voting rewards) <-- V4P will be available, rewards will be separate from donation items and they will be all account bound to prevent exploits, which items will be available for it has not yet been decided
- Has a repeatable exp quests (or anything similar to this) <-- Yes, official repeatable quests, but turn-ins will only have 4x rates.
- Optional: Race of the Day (only optional, but I would love to have this as well) <-- Not sure what you mean with that, but there will be frequent automated events
- Friendly community & GMs <-- GMs are very friendly, community might be a bit WoE-driven so you should expect some trash talk
