Server : 9/10
The server has always been up whenever I played--except when there are host issues and the server is down for a maintenance/big update. I barely experienceed any lag unless someone is auto-casting a million skills at once, and I had with my effects on.
Community : 9.9/10
I found that the community was really helpful. Usually when you had no replies, they seemed to be "afk" from what I have experienced, but each time I asked a question they were very helpful. The community here also made most of the guides on the forum to help new players out to avoid questions being asked. They did not choose to make the guides, they did it on their own free will wanting to help the server out (I think). Although there are times when you see people cursing and making fun of one another, it's usually because there is a rivalry in the server. If there was no rivalry, then there would be no competition--so the guild rivalries and everything else is very high. There are many automated events to keep you from being bored, even though people say they are bored all the time and do not know what to do, there's many things to do on the server. Since it is a customized server, there is a custom region where you hunt tokens to gain hats etc. Custom pirate event. There are many automated events happening every hour--if you missed one it's okay you can win another one later on. There is also competition in the vents as well because it is like a race or who can last the longest.
Game Masters : 10/10
There is only one admin/GM managing the whole server, and I think it is enough for now. There is probably only one person on the staff team, because it is a low populated server right now and nothing goes wrong in game for there to be 10 GMs online. From what I've experienced on the server, there really only needs to be one GM. If a person had a question about how to get started the community is willing to help and answer all of the questions that is thrown at them. Or they will be asked to look on the forum to learn the basics about how to get started. When someone has a problem in game or a technical issue they take it to the forum, and the admin answers it rather quickly for just being a one person team. The answers usually get answered within a few minutes to a couple of hours, it never gets answered the next day or two. The admin is nice based on his/her attitude on the forum--they actually accept suggestions whether it's a difficult one, or an easy one, they just do not accept lazy/client changing requests. Since the admin is barely online, how can one determine whether s/he is mean or favors people? Who knows! Overall, the admin is very forum active, willing to help anyone, and I assume is nice based on their attitude on the forum. I'm guessing that this person is a very busy person because there are always updates in the game. The only downside SOME PEOPLE may see to this is that they are not in-game, but why does the admin need to be in-game to socialize and answer questions when it is a same population, and they are busy trying to release good updates for the players to enjoy?
Game Play : 10/10
Even for a low populated server, the guild competition is good in my opinion, there's only three REAL guild that actually WoEs currently. Usually WoE is slow from the start--some people might come just to PVP or play around with the defending guild--but at the end it gets intense for 10-20 minute "rush". There is never only one guild WoEing, all guilds have equal amount of players and equal amount of power. Everyone is just equal. There is already an economy in the server (an economy on a SHR? Yeah! ^_^) even though there is a gold room and money bag/figurines to help you gain money. There is a class balance despite the fact that people believe there is none. If there was none, then why are there super novices, wizards, assassin crosses, white smiths, paladin, champions, etc being made? This server is heavily customized just to make it balanced. The variety of people in this server is very large: you can love PVP and have a different experience than any other RO server, you can love hats and quest all day, you can love chatting and talk to people in prontera, etc.
I seriously / honestly recommend this server to everyone, because there is a large variety of things to do on the server, and if you can't find what then you should look harder. The reviews that say that the GM is bias... seriously, how can they know when the admin is not online to show his/her real personality of favoritism. Also, so what if this server was made previously from Lucid? (I don't know) It does not mean that they have the same owners. They could have just given the files to a friend that was asking for it, because they loved the server that much and think it should be open. But that's just my opinion, and their bad assumption about the server. I understand why people might think it is important to have an admin online everyday and answering the new people's questions, etc, but why should they when it's a low population and they community can answer all of their questions; it doesn't make any sense. Overall, this is a really good Super High Rate out there in my honest opinion. I'm not trying to be biased or anything since I have only been played for 1-2 months, and I do not make full in depth reviews for servers or make reviews for servers as a matter of fact, but I am doing it for this one because all of the reviews I have been reading on the rating page is just outrageous. All of the low reviews that the server is receiving is coming from one main source. Please take a look at that server and compare it to this server before believing it.
