Greetings, RMS members.

Myself, CrashNBurN.
Player of Ragnarok Online game since it's the first release on 2003.
As in hobby, I write articles related to Linux developments.
A newly created forum account and plus this is my first time writing a review on RMS.

                                      For the last couple of months, I had this intention to set a warning post among the Ragnarok players RMSwide. The concept of RO gaming is been falling down to a serious ground, Thinkers, they have concluded to a reason which has just a minute part of this worst outcome. The reason where the newly developed high-graphical games have been taking over classical such as our beloved Ragnarok Online.

The major part of the downgrading is the developers or the game owners who set an environment for personal benefits with scamming and trading in-game valuables for real money, RMT as we know it.
Such an individual has injected a virus to his ethics, And yes, It's Injected with his own personal interests. but less do he care about the game itself.
A virus which is un-curable, can't be removed. It means sooner or later he is forced by himself to do such illegal actions.
And everything happens is straightly pointed towards the game, Ragnarok Online
Regardless of its nature, whether if it is private or official.

Aeva RO > Atlas RO > and now, It's REVO Ragnarok Online.
A pattern is been followed by the developer or a group.

Aeva RO | X | Atlas RO | X | Revo Ragnarok Online
X as the symbol for the time they have taken to build the budget for the next server.
How? They look for clients who are interested to own a Ragnarok Online Server, It's all at the professional level.
Skype / Trello / Discord / Documents, Everything a new owner expects to see, They explain about the cost investments and give out the results as a new owner wants to be seen.
Then they request to transfer the cash to an account, WU account.
After the amount is received, The activeness of the project is lowered to 80 ~ 60 ~ 40 percentage wise.
The conditions are, The owner is not allowed to add any other person to the project even though he owns it.
The owner has no rights on the access to the database.
The owner has no voice on what results are updated or need to be done.
As time passes by they are 0% active to the given project and the reply will be, we have a personal matter to solve, we continue once it's done. Trust me, it's never done.
Next thing, they pop-up with a new server.

The above given was experienced by my close friend, They scammed around 1k$.

Then, it's in-game.

I personally don't want to go through the topic regarding Admin RMT.

I might get a negative response to this post but, My intention was just awareness.
They might also be a part of your friend's project or maybe one of yours.

Let the game survive with our memories.

If only he took the time and researched the admins in question.

This 'franchising' fiasco has been a thing that's going on for a while now and it's not gonna be gone any time soon. I've sent multiple warnings to server buyers as well, but some how it always fell short or fall on deaf ears.

be more cautious of donating to REVO because admin is money greedy, who has charged people for MVP cards under the table because he plans on abandoning the server/realizes it wont profit anymore. people who paid are angry, because they feel scammed.

as for OP's friend, he didnt get scammed, he was just that unlucky person who tried to flex in BG/PVP by buying a bunch of MVP cards, which he didnt expect to be what eventually kills off a server.

REVO doesn't have a high population as it had used to in previous servers so people are probably wary of this already.

I haven't given you any right to judge my writing style, which might be one of the differences between your concept of thinking versus mine.
But anyway, I don't want to create an off-topic argument.

My friend is an independent player to have his own choices on how to play the game. MVP or Non-MVP, that's nothing related to the topic.

i mean if you're going to "warn the community" of brenth then you might as well post your evidence too. I played in atlas and witnessed the arrival of a random player named werek (the friend) trashing the community just because he had MVP cards (which he paid the GMs for). after making more than half the community quit, i dont think he has the right to be claiming he was scammed because that 1000$ he spent was for the mvp cards. im pretty sure he was banned a few times (and unbanned, probably more money involved) for being a toxic player.

As the baguette guy said, be wary of donating since the GM does have a history and is also a proud member in the Hall of Shame. (literally the OPs entire first post compressed into 1 line)

I must be an idiot to give out a full explanation of my experience with an awful writing style, could have just written "be wary of donating since the GM does have a history and is also a proud member in the Hall of Shame" and it would be considered as a legit post. Well, thank you for making me realize my mistakes.
I might have completely misunderstood RMS posting rules. But next time, I'll try to write it down in compressed lines. OR wait, would someone professionally compressed writer like you help me out? I'll keep in touch.

Your previous post has been done on supporting cgRO.
I'll explain the cgRO story with compressed style. ( help me out if it's not too much compressed. )
1: cgRO used files of Atlas RO sold by brenth to parachute.
2: cgRO-Parachute aka GM Luke was the sub-admin from AtlasRO and the major reason for Atlas losing WOE players. How?
3: Parachute is the leader of guild CHICKENFOOT.
4: CHICKENFOOT, The guild who owned the 1st MVP card in Atlas RO.  @item to an account? or lucky? No idea~
5: The love between brenth and Luke ends.
6: Luke offers brenth an amount that he cannot resist. 2k$?
7: Karma is Donald Trump, cgRO vanished within the 3 months after launch.

I don't know whether if there is any link between you - brenth & luke. but it's good to see supportive friends around.
I promise to keep it compressed next time.

Refer the previously posted images of discord and check the date plus the year when Atlas closed. Werek and I are friends from TalonRO, 5 ~ 6 years and I must say, I was the one responsible for such scam because I recommended werek to get B (Brenth)  as our main developer. My intention was to support both Brenth and werek together because after atlas was done, B was looking for new income and I helped him out. I had no idea about Brenth's history. BrightRO? I know many more details which I am not going to disclose it.
Brenth, What you did with Werek is wrong, I hope you realize it someday. Giving hope to something which can't happen is wrong, two years of the AgRO project = Nothingness. Werek stands me responsible, I can't help it.
