well the gm and the owner named mercatus is very disrespectful and the server is still very young (2 months) so there is still bugs that is needed to be repaired or fix, then my friend who already donated on the server, he told the GM to fix the skill manhole because there is some problem with it. and my cousin also tell the gm to fix the platinum headgears, well sadly the gm wont hear us, or neither check it or see if the said bug is true or false then i let them talk to the gm then afterwards the gm shouted that a peroson(my friend) wanted to be edited. lol . then i shout and wanted to fix things out and i said that " ALL HE WANTS IS TO FIX THE SKILL NOT TO BE EDITED"
Then Pooofff ive beet muted, and then ID banned, and then IP banned. well too bad i got screenies fast enough.

Only thing I see is him calling a player a 'Fag'. Which imo is one of the worst things you can do as an Admin. If you can't hold your tounge and speak in a professional manner even if players are stepping on your toes, then you DONT need to be running a server. Although I know many disrespectful people do.
That's all I can comment on cause its all I can see. GM's/Admins shouldn't be disrespectful to players, they are potential donators and they are part of your community.

I can hardly read the red text, which is the player text in this server. But all I see is where the guy asks him to fix the skill, someone speaks i a different language and then he calls someone a fag.
Even regardless, you should still hold your professionalism, no matter how rude the players can be, if it gets out of hand a simple mute and possible temp ban could be in order.
Well, this is what originally happened. I tested manhole on pondera RO and it works but not what I used to see. There was a one cell divider between the target to the accessible point. And i told the admin (mercatus) to check if manhole is working ryt. He said it is the official skill detail. Then I researched about it and found out on one forum that it is just ryt next to the target (and not below the target). I gave him the link and said to check it out and I never heard from him. Then I pubbed "Losing my drive".. Then him and his friends came in. They asked why and I said I found plenty bugs and he said to me "Do not insist on changing skills here coz all the skills here are working." I said I'm not insisting, I'm just stating what I observed but he keeps on saying it again and again. And then finally started to type all in CAPS and started to say that all that I observe or researched are trash. Also my guildmates saw some bugs like Spirit control is not working and spiral pierce don't have that much damage but he just said he based the database from iRO (official). some ppl saw what the talk was all about. And finally he said he's not going to change the skill and I said ok. Then I stopped talking and started chatting to other players. But his friends said what the admin said and finally stated that "If only u have a brain." and "The skill is not bugged. Maybe you.". They left the pub and started their own private pub stating "Kick him!!! What an eyesore!!" I never said anything offensive to them but it seems they became irked. I was talking to them in a polite way and that kind of treatment is what I get - harassed. And after that the admin shouted in global that : "Reminder. Don't insist on something that is baseless.". And his friend said : Mercatus: "Your stupidity never ceases to amuse me.". Then I said "Why are you offended?" (it's just a mere observation and I NEVER told him to edit my toon). Then he kicked me off the server so I wrote a review about it. Then he shouted on global and started to cuss me. He even sent me a message on facebook saying: "You're so stupid, sir :)". Then my guildmaster shouted that I just want him to check a specific skill and not edit my TOON. Then he said to my guildmaster: "You don't know the story fag and the admin silenced our guildmaster for 100mins and finally banned him (IP ban too). Some people will just stick with what they think is true. Its his server, his rules. But I also understand where you're coming from, he should take the time to at least look at the link. Or at least I would anyways. But if you are persistent about it, people will get annoyed. He doesn't have that great of people skills it seems like, which is important when running a server.
Just take it as a server that is not worth your time and move on. There isn't really much you can do. If the admin says its 'working as intended', just let it be at that. There is no reason to argue and rant about a game that you should be spending your time having FUN on. Find a server that better suits you and your needs. [ Fixed skills in this case and probably a more professional admin / gm team. ]
Well as i have observed, Mercatus only focuses on donation, because he always pub and shout that if you have donation problems please approach me or @request. well he already got my friends money then kicked him. i just said one thing and kicked me banned me. well is it fair? i only Main " all he wanted is to fix the skill not to be edited" then muted, banned then ip banned, without any warning. btw after he called me fag he muted me and banned me maybe hes thinking i can get Screenshots. hes too late i got one. so sorry if i only have one. but my friend got plenty ill let him upload his SCreenies..

anyway ill ask my friend who is the one reporting bugs to post his screenies, and also i am reporting bugs of a certain headgear thats not working then the gm answer me but i know hes there because he shouting about donation problems..

Jk but ^ is really a lot how I see this in a funny way[no offense to pinoy peeps] still there is some missing links in this pic:
- Your font is in pink aka suggests you're talking in party with your friend alone because of the following
- GM said a thing that doesn't fit in the party chat, instead looks like he's talking to a friend
- Pinoy raging could be like if you just pop'd up on Prontera with a Mute bubble
- The banned account could be a previous banned account that you logged to get a shot, it's just 35 secs difference

Well i think the Owner of Pondera Got very guilty on what action he have done to me and my friend, well he definitely deleted our RMS review to his server. and i cant see any review from pondera Ragnarok Online and also when searching it its says error. or i am blocked. i dont know .. lol so hes avoiding me to harm his server because he is guilty. lol
i was planning to printscreen what he said to us about the RMS review. well when im searching it i cant see it. i dont know how or why. maybe he removed it or you guys did. dont know, but all i can say even though in RMS review i replied to us with a very disrespectful way. if you guys can re access or have a back up on our RMS reviews on Pondera Ragnarok Online please post it it thanks..

that's just brandwidth limit exceeded, nothing more. Possibly somebody spammed it with a dos program or the owner put his full client into his website and it only allowed certain amount of brandwidth

Sorry but there is something hidden in this, nobody uses fag from nowhere on a sentence that doesn't make sense on the chat, there is a missing link for me and always will be until one of the parts reveal it because if I check the chat in some translators I get something as weird as "Post it" and "At rms?" which can lead to numerous things even if there is a mvp room and new pvp room chat and the "oh noes you're muted".

I still wouldn't run around calling people fags though, it just looks bad to some people. I mean its your server and if you wanna do that, that's fine. Those guys are really very annoying. That geewee broadcasted too much rant. Unluckily I don't have the screenshot. But at least I got one, where it's basically a strong evidence that Adik0816 really wanted to make a story here same with Geewee. For it to be fair, I posted that evidence. And I hope that it helped you determine which is which. Yes, it is a no no for us to use such terms but the broadcasts of geewee was so annoying and was trying to cover-up what had happened to his DUMB Friend. :D

Yeah he's the owner of the server but i think even Admins cant manipulate time/date in screenshots without using Photoshop or any graphics related stuff which would be noticeable if it was fabricated.. about their website i have checked it pondera's site is inaccessible coz of bandwidth problems.. maybe their client downloads were hosted on their website which ate all the space on their webhost bandwidth and have reached it's limit.. there is nothing fishy about that in my opinion.. ;D

eAthena is easy to use and you've already been in the server. Easy to make some npcs in same positions, fake the logo to appear in the screenshots, add some chars and change the time of the pc to one that suits you.

Yeah he's the owner of the server but i think even Admins cant manipulate time/date in screenshots
So easy as 2 clicks and don't need nothing except game on the pc running, no photoshop/paint needed but then the same can be said about the other part and if there was always that concern, we would never go with all the reports.

eAthena is easy to use and you've already been in the server. Easy to make some npcs in same positions, fake the logo to appear in the screenshots, add some chars and change the time of the pc to one that suits you.

The admin may be a bit rude, it's truth, and that's a bit not so professional but still doesn't make you that good either by trying to frame people.

Dude, it's really obvious you're ignoring facts. I already told you, server owner can change the details of the server.. How can I remotely change his server's details? Did u even think about it?
Also, we're explaining. Pls know the deifference of your so-called QQ and reporting. QQing can obviously be seen by such harsh words. Did u ever see one word in our posts? :)

I don't really think anyone's evidence is stronger than anyone else's here. All of the previous screenshots are edited, and any one of them can be manipulated (if we're going to start talking about manipulation and framing), whether it's the administrator's screenshot (considering it's also the most obviously edited) and the players'.
Just sayin'. All this topic is, from what I see, is an e-peen topic between a server administrator and two previous players who are upset about an, in their opinion, unjust ban. So, with that being said, you guys got your complaint out there, and the administrator responded, despite the immaturity and vulgarity of the response. So, instead of creating another five pages worth of five-lettered sentences retorting to the previous poster's QQ about your QQ, just be happy with the fact that other's now know something about the server that they probably should know pre-joining. Or, at least, that's what I gathered you were trying to do from the get-go.
Just sayin'.
Any screenshot can be edited or can be made.
Just download eathena run it in your pc, get their logo edit your computer's time and get a screenshot.

Can you show proof that they're indeed doing that? You're just throwing accusations now without proof of your claims. This topic is getting ridiculous and should be locked.

Well if even screenshot cannot be used as evidence because they are doubted as edited in this topic. Then the discussion is pointless, everything on the internet are pixels and can be altered one way or another. I'll mark the end here with a lock and anyone can decide what they want to believe from this point on.
