This server opened only a few days ago and so far it has been a good experience. I found this server while exploring RMS lists for High Rates and it was in pretty low position given the situation of been new born server. Now I will review the server from various points:

- Availability and Stability of the Server:

As a new server, the availability is high since it has been up for a few days/weeks. For stability I can says it is alright. The times the server is down is for maintenance to apply updates to fix issues or add quests and the sorts.

- Availability and Stability of the Webpage:

First of all... This is something forgotten in most reviews around. This as important as the server itself since here you can find any news and communicate with your ingame friends and GMs. A dead webpage for a server says a lot about the admins and Head GMs.

As of now the page has always been online and the forums are always open. Every community suggestion so far has been replied by the admins, which denotes an active and eager to help staff base.

- Rates and Caps:

Not all drops are a 100%, which makes it good for hunting and create an economy. As a High Rate server it has a 8k/8k/8k, which makes it easy to level up and gear yourself properly and ready for PVP. Many of the Boss and Mini-Boss equip drops are 50% and as low as .50%, so you won't see and overflow of Diablos Boots +9 on the market at 7m. The cards for Boss and Mini Boss is 2%, which is kinda high, but at the same time not next to impossible.

The Caps are 255 Base and 150 Job. That means you will have all skills for every class. The stats top at 200, so that makes you strong enough to go fight MVPs alone. Mind you... Characters have their HP multiplied to prevent one hit kill Asura, meanwhile the monster have 2x the HP so it takes longer to kill, but they are still doable.

- Community and Economy:

The community is difficult to measure since it is still low in number, due to the fact of been a new server. Now the quality of the community can be measured. It is a talk active community and everyone takes a while to relax and talk. The GMs dominates Spanish, English and Filipino which makes pretty versatile at the time of talking and hear any suggestions.

The economy is unmeasurable since there is no strong base yet to make account of zeny flowing and price fluctuations. The only thing I can say is that zeny actually has a value since most custom quests require you to bring zeny and some item to receive the reward and the semi-low to low drop rates of equips makes it a potential economy growing server.

-Donations:

There are donation items for the server which include equips and consumables. A long time ago I was ignorant of what it took to maintain a server, so I didn't like the donation items idea that much. Then as I grew and understood that it could be pricey, now I first look what they offer for the donation and then decide.

After saying that, I still don't like that much donations for MVP cards or having a 4 slotted Mjolnir modified with 30% coma rate (I have seen things close to that before). So far they give you suitable equips for a High Rate which boost you HP and stuff.

And last but not least...

- GMs:

The GMs have been friendly, open to suggestions and they are online every time. Most of the fixes and updates have been by suggestion and bug reporting of the players. The GMs have the time to talk to you and make conversations every once in a while. Sure the community is small and they can do that, if it grows that kind of activity might be reduced, but is a good thing to see them interact with people.

The only cons I have found so far are the small number of players and not much guilds, which is only fixable if more people join and the GMs advertise the server a little more. The lack of economy, which is user based, is around the corner too.
