I would like to add to this with my own story of my time on NiktoutRO.
Before I begin, I'd just like to tell you that I am 100% honest in all my comments. I would not resort to lying to intentionally upset the server admin of the server in question.
The server admin will be referred to as Nik throughout this post.
NiktoutRO HistoryThis was a nice server at first, I met a few friends here & joined up with their guild
(From.Hell). I soon discovered that the server admin played on it too as a legit character, infact.. he was the leader of the rival guild
(Mystic Elves). The Low-Rate server was quite small, so it was only our guild vs his guild during any GvG related competition.
Things were fine for a while, we'd often beat him in WoE.. and he'd sometimes beat us. Nothing seemed suspicious at all. However.. after about 3 weeks of repeated victories for our guild, things started to change. Nik's legit character started to become godly & very hard to kill. He made the mistake of posting screenies on his forum, bragging about all the MvPs he's killed. The screenies showed him with equips such as:
+9 firelock shoes
+9 GTB buckler
+9 Nine tail muffler
+9 Cranial buckler
Ice Pick
He was also spotted vending a
Mistress &
Eddga card in his shop
(for insane prices that no one could afford, he was doing it to show off), and bragged one night about his
Angeling card in mIRC. I find it highly odd that someone could have such card-finding luck on a server which had 7x drop rates at the time within a short space of time.
Despite this, we still stuck it out.. but tension started to build between the 2 guilds. Niktout eventually resorted to harassing us unfairly. I was issued 2 warnings on the forum by Nik, one of them for stating that we didn't have any active GMs around
(which was a FACT), and the other for opposing his idea to turn the server into PK mode.
The reasons for both warnings are hardly professional:

He'd literally use his GM powers to stalk us & unleash a wave of Dead Branches upon us whilst we tried to level.

He obviously had GM powers on his legit as he managed to stalk me down whilst I was levelling in a remote location one night, and unleashed a mass of DBs on me.
(Players didn't have @who/@whomap commands at this time)He then changed the time of WoE at the very last minute
(whilst his guild was online & active) without telling our guild. When we asked, he simply said "should've read forums".. which was kinda hard since he changed the time at the very last minute, literally.
Breaking point came when he decided to turn the server into PK.
(becuase our guild refused to WoE against him due to his cheating ways) We all made farewell posts on the forum, and we all got banned for it, our threads deleted aswell. I can honestly say our posts weren't offensive in anyway, we're mature enough not to make insulting posts towards a server admin.
OverviewThe fact is, Niktout is a very rude admin, who is epsecially rude to those who become his rivals of his 'legit' guild. He screams at people & issues warnings to those who simply come to him to ask for help. He also cannot take critisism from any player who happens to oppose him & his views. He often resorts to banning & deleting any post which tells the truth about how he runs his server. He even removed his old server reviews on this site due to the fact he had more negative reviews than positive.

(from the From.Hell guild, Nik's rival guild in NiktoutRO). Hell, he's even insulting us for simply stating our opinion. I notice he claims I broke loads of rules, which is a complete lie. I would very much like a list of these apparent rules that I broke. I was only banned for stating my opinion in a polite manner on his forums, and for stating that I was leaving the server. He also screams GET LOST IRL, which seems like a personal attack to me. I can understand it must be hard for a server admin to see negative reviews about their server, but they should least be professional when replying to the reviews.
It's quite sad, as Nik seemed like a nice person at first. But it was soon clear that he was only nice really to those who joined his guild. As Sentaku said, his guild members were often given gifts from Nik which were obviously created using GM powers. He gave out 4 Solar God Helms within the space of 1 week to his favourite guild members, and expected us to believe he got them in a legit manner. Let me remind you that the drop rate of the server was 7x at the time. The sad thing is, even Nik's closest friends have confessed that Nik uses GM powers to gain items/equips.
Nik does have the potential to be a nice person, but he rarely shows it to most players. Only to his closest friends & other important/well-known people.
