Delusion RO is a High Rate Server. 5k/9k isn't true when you level in a party, since it raises up to like 100k+, which yes, is a good thing for High Rate players. I'll start with the good things because they're easier to manage.
Server Stability
--> 9.5/10
The server is up 99.9% of the time, as guaranteed. Being a US player, I have no latency issues, and about no lag. Filipino players can't say the same though, given it is a Chicago-hosted server, so it's pretty far away from the west coast of the US of A.
Class Balance
--> 6/10
It's ok, I mean you can play the main classes: Assassin Cross, Stalker, Paladin, Champion, Ninja... but that's about it. Classes like Priest, Sniper, Clown/Gypsy, Lord Knight... they're just there because the game has them. Some of them are only useful during WoE in which singular skill/power doesn't matter, but that's a whole 'nother topic given the guild competition on this server is horrible.
PvP
--> 7/10
Well, apparently the owner likes to play Champions, since I saw him playing this class once, and that's the only time I've seen him playing his server. Obviously he had all the items you'd want as a player. You could see how overpowered this class was. It's like using Goku from DBZ or something. It moves horribly fast, heals for 15K+ with the appropriate gear, and you can SPAM it, and Finger Offensive's spam is just ridiculous. An un-geared Champion can beat a semi-geared Assassin Cross, no problem.
Economy
--> 4/10
The economy on this server is horrible. Yes, it is a growing server, and usually the economies on High Rates take time to unfold and develop, but here, money is worth practically nothing, since there IS a gold room, made up of Increase Soils in a small map. There are no skills and it's PvP, so you can guess how good Snipers can get at this. It's as if they inherited the economy from another server with a broken economy as well.
Custom-item Availability
--> 2/10
They're there... I mean, they are. You just can't get them. You have to win an event in order to be able to obtain one.(you get an event item which is a quest ingredient) Events aren't that often either. These customs suck as well, the only good ones are the Donation-ONLY ones, which well, guess what? Are donation-ONLY.
Game Masters
--> 2/10
Seeing as there's 3, and I've only met 1 of them, I'll have to break the score from 3.3 each, out of a total of 10. The only one I've seen/interacted with is Delusion himself(the owner). Out of a 3.3, I give him a 2. He knows how to do simple NPCs, but he still has trouble with them, so you can't guarantee you'll have a good NPC from him. He's not sociable with people he doesn't know. His friends get items on request, donation or not. The server is in beta phase, and there is a "guarantee" that there will be no wipe. Uh-huh, on to the next part.
Originality
--> 1/10
This server is UNORIGINAL. No, seriously, I mean, UNORIGINAL. When you play this server, if you've played one of the servers in the top 3 in the RO toplists, IT'LL FEEL JUST LIKE IT. You'll know which I'm talking about when you see the donation items. It is just HORRIBLE. It feels as if this guy had gotten banned from that server and was still butthurt, so he decided to make a clone server, with a different main town... you know, slight tweaks to say "I'm not a copy".
I don't feel there's any originality at all. I'm giving this a 1 simply because of the attempt to not be an identical clone, and because 1 is the least you can give in a server review over at the server listings page.
Community

If you're not a friend, you're screwed. Simple as that. The people here are not friendly at all. There is nobody to sit down and talk to about something other than RO. It is just pathetic, which turns out in no fun. I feel they need to grow in this area VERY much, and VERY fast. Otherwise they'll keep getting reviews from unhappy players, like me.
WoE
--> 1/10
What? Where? You'll see the little clock in the main towns that says Next WoE in: 12:10:11 in the format of DD:HH:MM.
There is NO guild competition. It is just horrible. WoE is on ONCE A WEEK, just once. Usually starting server's only fun is WoE. If there was any guild competition, it would probably be between friends and guild masters, as everyone else would just die by one of the better classes with free donation gear.

If you're looking for an unbalanced server with an overall bad experience from the start, this is your place. Otherwise, stay away from it. This may sound like a hate review, but it's really not. I'm being sincere, and when I am, I am very, very blunt. I've found myself a better server, which would be inappropriate to name, since this is a server review and not a server advertisement forum. This server's owner just leeches things off eAthena (I've seen him in action; Deluzion), or other servers' sites and in-game features.
I wish the best of luck to Delusion RO, but this is definitely not my place, and I think people should get the truth rather than those fabricated reviews.
