Not too friendly environment. People gang you in the PvP arena no matter who you are. There aren't really updates since November of 2007 or so. There also was a few zeny bugs regarding buying things and reselling it to the npc, which were fixed but never a zeny wipe, so therefore, the economy is messed up, and with lots of people with well zeny into the billions. There are only about 10-15 players max on, because the admin had to roll back the server for 12 days for his own negligence. He added a command @go for normal players to use, but only for Prontera and a shopping mall. There's also a donor area, which are meant for donators only, but non donors abused that @go command and bought items from the donor area. This lead to a lot of people quitting for the rollback. The main admin cheats on his legits. Stats are limited to 200, but if you take a look at this screen shot:
