Hi I've just returned to RO after all these years gone by.

I'm glad I found Hata no Kokoro Online (literally its their RMS name XD)
there are a handful of players but they are really helpful, the gm/dev/admin is really active in discord literally.
The game got no donations no custom items (except costumes and big booba NPC, i mean it*)
If you like a low rate with vanilla feels its the best for you I can assure that.

KokoRO?
Is that really still up and running after all these years? That's a damn good track record for a private server, and I remember hearing about how passionate the developer was way back then.
Isn't that one of those rare servers that actually runs on official (though stolen) AEGIS code rather than being emulated through Athena or Hercules coding?
It's strange that the dev would customize anything if he or she is being that "pure" about the vanilla experience, but I wouldn't mind seeing some

Oh sorry I'm completely mistaken.
That definitely sounds like something the Koko guy would do. Very noble of him leaving that kind of legacy. Thanks for bringing this up, Playtester.

Still would be nice to see some sexo NPCs on Hata no Kokoro Online.
The skill changes look interesting and thoughful too.
