Basic Opinion The biggest, small server out there.
The server is new, very new, only a few people on at the moment, but the GMs are knowledgeable.
The level of customization isn't very noticeable, but the level of the coding is top notch, and they're very friendly. When you first start, you will be confronted with a few custom NPC's that are standard to every server, job changer, healer, etc era, how ever, may new ones as well, including a fully functioning
bank not just a 'banker'.
The server sets up a small tour for you, giving you small EXP rewards as incentives, and shows you the ropes of its new and old NPC's.
The GM's are actively changing the value of items, or the power of skills to make sure that balance and equilibrium are maintained at all times.
More in depth Review:Stability And AvailabilityAgain, the server hasn't been open long, but it has yet to go down and is open 24/7. All changes made have been made in-game. The connection is fluent, and lag is rare, if ever(This will of course depend on your own connection as well.) From what I've seen so far,
9/10Community And EventsThe small community may not have many people, but all of them have been helpful, and happy to do it. Be polite, and they are wonderful to talk to.
Automated events have been implemented, so far, two, one PVP(Death Match) and another, non-PVP(Cluckers), and reward fair prizes, without being worthless. So far,
10/10Game MastersThere are currently only two, Game masters, Cookie and Euphemia, and while I have not seen much of Euphemia, Cookie has been able to address any problem that has occurred. Cookie is on frequently, and always adding new scripts or things to do. Without a doubt,
10/10Game-PlayUnfortunately, the server is rather new, so I can only give you my projections on how the Economy, Competition, and Balance will turn out.
Economy So far, the GM has been happy to change items that might be abused for Zeny farming, so as to keep a balanced economy, and the class spread so far ensures
a market for almost any item you find(within reason). The server has a dedicated Vendor Area to keep things balanced, as well as the @whosells command, so
any confusion while shopping will be minimal.
8/10 Competition Like any server, the castles have there own drops, and so, anyone with ambition to be the best will assuredly be fighting for them. Weather or not 3rd jobs are
to be implemented has yet to be decided, but if they are, WoE and PVP will both be segregated into Transcendent and Renewal Class, to ensure balance and let
people choose there favorite method of murder.
8/10 Balance DivinityRO is, At this moment, very balanced. With just Transcendent classes, and no Dual-clienting, it is just as balanced as any other server you will find. If
Renewal Classes are implemented, the GM has noted that he will do his up-most to keep them balanced within the parameters of fair-play.
10/10CustomizationThe server is noticeable customized, but not overly so. With a fully functioning bank(features such as Account and Guild Zeny Storage), there is no shortage of small luxuriates that other servers lack. Players
can not obtain massive wings, or poor quality hats, so it follow iRO relatively closely.
10/10Player VoiceThe forums allow players ample opportunity to voice there suggestions, opinions, or to report Players and GMs alike for abuse. So far, 5 suggestions have been made, and 5 suggestions have been implemented. It is not a dictatorship. The Head GM(Cookie) has expressed a zero tolerance for corruption, and should you find such(and report it) it will most definitely be dealt with swiftly.
