If a mod does intervene, it'd be considered more of unobjectionable censorship.
Despite the lacking features of a "usual" review, most reviews are based and mostly expected on experience, as a staff member of any particular company/server, it's usually your actions that decide how the user will feel towards the servers. At least, that's my experience in my life.
As for "attempts" of bringing a server down. What comes around, goes around and your actions and words clearly display slight ignorance towards your users (Joking about the Satan Morroc without taking into account of the users, using your GM account to kill another user because they happened to be more devoted to the server and leveling than yourself? Are you appalled or simply missing the slight complimentary feat of all this and then having the audacity to pass blame on affairs that don't really concern the user: (Xbox, people disassociated with the user, etc.).) Good job, you apologized, but you can't reverse such bashful actions and I don't even know why you considered it for the slightest moment. It's even more peculiarly odd that you killed a user twice. Al'right, apology once out of insult, now two times because...?
Please note: "like cause us GMs dont have time you do to train 24/7 in bio labs".
Also, please take responsibility for your actions, it's a good start to being humble.
My two cents, take your anger out on me or try to justify yourself if you wish.

To quote the rules: "* When writing reviews, please try to keep factors fair. Do not involve personal feelings into your reviews. We don't want read topics about the admin's dog being ugly. Keep it straight forward and understandable."
This states that you should not make your review personal and talk about irrelevant features of the moderation team or the server.
