DelusionROSuggestions: Gonryun is the main town, I suggest to make it @go 0, some people just have a habbit of their main town being @go 0. Or you can see it this way, people are use to typing @go 11, so keep it. That's just my suggestion. Fix the lag. It's immense. Two people have logged off due to lag. "ugh stupid lag, i'm leaving". It seems because of the gold room, there's a need for zeny sink, due to inflated prices. In the mall, everything is SO Cheap. I think those prices should be increased.
Economy: There is a gold room, you can buy Ygg Berries, Poison Bottles and Ygg Seeds from the tool dealer. Because of the gold room, I feel that the prices are inflated. Even thought I see only 1 vender, +10 Book of the Dead is 950mil. I think that if there wasn't a gold room, the price would be lower.
Class Balance: Champions are the most OP. They don't even Asura in this server, They use Finger Offensive, They can also spam Heal and other skills so fast. Here's a video:

admin@delusionro.com, so I did that asking about the control panel. I asked them how to make an account since the CP is down. They answered 1 hour later via email, they were very helpful. I did not see a GM online. If there was one online, they never made it known.
Community: When I first logged in, I asked someone if a GM was on. There was none on, but a very helpful player named Assassin Cross Eremes helped me with my problem (which was the server's control panel wasn't functioning), he told me they were working on getting it fixed. I asked two other players about the server, they said the rates were 10k/10k/100% for two weeks because there was a wipe, after that, the rates would be 4k/4k/something. They also informed me that if you make a party even with 1 person, you get 12x the EXP. Then those people got their friends and we all formed a party. We leveled from 1-500 in about 10 minutes. I was talking to the community, mentioning how I lag, 2 other people said they were lagging, and then they were talking about how the server use to be good until the server wiped (I know that wiping a server could be stressful & anger players), but some were talking about leaving. I'd hate to see them leave, the players here are very nice.
I logged on later at night and found some players being racist using the N word, I reported them on forums, and then I found a lot of reports of people being racist.

Events: There was no GM hosted Events or Automated Events.
PvP: The first time I went into PvP, a bully wizard KoSes me. Despite my Max Levelness and OK equips, High Wizards rape in PvP. The PvP warper doesn't warp you in a random spot, so people just camp the spawn point to get kills for the PvP Ladder. There is always someone in PvP.
My 2nd time in PvP, I immediately saw those most OP class on the server. Champions.
Forums: Forums are very empty. I made a post reguarding lag, and the forum troll with a very offensive avatar responded, saying that I need a new PC. The forums seem like they don't get moderated. People are very rude to eachother (breaking a forum rule).
Ease of Use: The website was layed out nicely. Downloads section was easy to find and they had a Full and Small Installer, which is excellent instead of them posting a link to a website where you have to search for the kRO/Sakray Files.
Lag: I never lag on any server so far, except this server. If I press alt + s, alt + e, or if someone cats 1 AoE spell, I lag so bad! When I kill a monster, I lag. It's immense. One time I pressed alt + s, and the client stopped responding and crashed! About 8 hours after the crazy lag, I stopped lagging. The server is hosted in California. I live in Indiana.
Conclusion: When I first started the server, it seemed very nice, except for the lag of Events and GMs. Players welcomed me with a leveling party and items. This would be a good server if you want a lot of competition on PvP, but remember, make a champion!
If you're easily offended by racism and KoSing, then this might not be the server for you right now.
