I’ve been played many servers, I was on Battle of Ragnarok long enough and have seen the forum activity which is enough to make a review. It'll also make new players to stay and be not overwhelmed by old players who's running with numerous donates and Donation items.
As from my point of view, here it goes.
The server is always up, no lag at all. You will always find nice people. Players and BOR staff are helpful in-game, but also in forums. Insults also run within the forums but mostly that’s just part of the drama of some guilds and among its guild members, but of course GMs (Game Masters) are strict when it comes to the usage of words in the forums.
There are automated events like novice Vs. Zombies apart from this GMs regularly organize events as most of the time you will see 70 to 90 peoples logged in game. The best best thing i like here is everyday you will find some good events goes on.
The GM team's are Euphie, Untouchable, Infinishia, Legacy, xDorth, Kaizen, Linspire. The work has been distributed to all GMs "Event organization, Forums moderators, etc.
The other GMs are developers so sometimes they are unavailable. As for the admins, still the same, hardly seen online. most of the time ingame you found xDorth or Linspire.
One of the admins is sometime online and those sometimes only happen when he’s going to test something.But rest assured that they are doing their jobs at their best and is willing to give time to fix everything that needs to be fixed.
There are also forum events such as "Screenies Videos Making Contest" (As the name implies) and Forum-[Global Mod] xDorth (The GM hosting it will mentioned on forums what are the requirements for the same.)
The GM team did an incredible job to balance donation and non-donation players. They have Mall, Card seller, Custom, VIP Custom, Custom Weapons for each class, Baby job Has Trans skill, MVP Drop rate is 20% and it re spawns after death, Woe 3x a day 3 castles. 1 castle per woe. the woe price for each castle is 5 BOR coin. and you will need 30 BOR coin for an VIP item.

Overall: 90/100
The server is good as new, except for the fact that some players are running with donates, but that doesn’t matter. Give it a shot! I’m sure your going to like this server.
For Quest: Many custom items to quest to keep you busy. There are also custom headgear's and weapons that you can buy from mall(it requires BOR coins). Players who cannot donate can hunt for BOR coins which can be dropped by Naght siegers.
Max level 750/250, all cards work as intended by Gravity. Weapon, accessories, armors, garments, wings and headgear's are 4 to 3 slotted.
That’s all I want you to know and for the others, you go find out yourselves. I greatly recommend this server for any type of RO player.
