First, I'd like to mention how I generally hate RO, due to how many things I've already done with RO.
I haven't enjoyed playing RO for a year now. So, this server has to be doing something right.

How long have I been playing the server? A few days

Server Stability and Availability: 10
As a player, I have not had any issues with the server's availability and stability, nor the client side.
Before I joined the server, and was a member of the forum community, there were a few outages due to source-code issues.
The users were compensated for the outage with a forum event while the staff were troubleshooting the server.

Community Friendliness and Eventfulness: 10 & 8
The community is extremely friendly, on ventrilo, in the forums, and in game.
Everyone gets along, so it seems. There was one user who thought he was going to threaten the staff with "kernel spamming", fyi that's a bunch of oral defecation. The staff promptly banned the user, and that was that.

As for eventfulness, there has been only two events that I have seen while in game. The first was pretty unique, but I could just be out of the loop on quickie events. There are two server admins who do their jobs very well, and are well appreciated.
The second was an automated dice event, and I won on the first round...strangely enough, I've never won an event on any other server.
However, they both have lives outside of the game as I hope and expect. So, I do not expect them to be having events every 8 hours.

The rest of staff are equally doing their jobs well and are equally as friendly.

The server has reached a maximum of 28 players online at once. So, it is a small community. That can be good for some people, and bad for others.
I hope for more players to join and see how fun this server is, cause I haven't stopped playing for the last 8 hours except to clean a bit, cook & eat, and work on my personal project. Oh, and to write this review.

GM Friendliness, Availability, and Helpfulness: 10, 8, & 10
As previously stated, everyone in the community (to include the server staff) are very friendly. I've seen the staff converse with the players as well as heard (via Ventrilo).

As previously stated, the staff members have lives outside of this video game. However, whenever the server has had issues arise, the staff promptly started to analyze the situation and take action based on what they felt is the best idea.

Helpfulness, the staff are ready and willing to assist players with any issues they have if they are available.

Game-Play Economy, Class Balance, and Guild Competition: 5
As previously stated, the community is quite small, so the economy is in the early development stages.
Class balance, I can't really say yet, as I still have to test the new classes, as well as certain classes that have been questionable in my previous server experiences.
Guild competition, I've only seen two guilds so far, and that's exactly what I expect from the community due to its size.


Overall I give this server an 81. The best way to improve this server is to increase server population.

Nice reveiw i agree with mostly all of it and definatly needs more players for WoE usually theres only 2 WoE teams online but with population growing some id expect it soon

Took a brief look...3rd classes, hm. I poked a website and forums, and can't find if the server's trying to implement Renewal mechanics or at least made some changes to try to balance them out.

Anyway, by your description, the server's got on my watch list. Maybe I'll show up there....

This was a good server, I didn't like the GM's response to my bringing soil breeding to the server. But that and WoE are my only complaints. They are working on balancing WoE, but right now.... I have never seen a server have such a bad WoE. And i've played on servers with 4 people WoE that was more fun then that. The people were very welcoming. I'd give community a 9 just because there is so many pinoys, and I can't talk to them so its irritating Either way, good server. I wont be returning to it, but you should give it a try.

As soon as you left and we switched Hosts, we patched the Sura's OP problem with RiL. WoE is a lot different now than it used to be. I'm sure someone will try to find something to make OP so everyone does it so they can cry about it.

From what I saw, I saw more Pinoy then English. The first 2 days I was on, everyone I talked to was Pinoy. But then I met Uther, and then met Terrorists. And yes I mentioned my soil breeding.

So mentioning again is just trying to push buttons. I knew you guys knew what you were doing with coding, I knew fixes were coming. AGAIN:

Which again brings me too how I don't like how ChosenRO handles players. Of course he can do what he wants, but I don't like how he approaches things. But this is a review of a server, not promoting a server so I am warning people of what I have noticed. You don't have to defend everything I say, because it is an opinion and people can believe what they want. I know what I saw. But I do think if you(the reader, not phoenix) want a server, and you aren't a powergamer then this will be a good server for you. Or pinoys, you will have plenty of friends. They split randomly when attacking, so if you can get 1 in a room(plant cult +azoth/hylzo) and tank it, it'll split, tank as many as you can AFK and... ohai 10k soils

No. That doesn't work on most servers. And that is a terrible way because you would get killed since they still have a 5% chance to hit you. But guy who asked, I don't want all servers to know what to do. So PM me if you want to know.
