i think i banned it earlier today when i check their listing.  was trying to confirm if their rates is matching those on the listing and i found THAT.

Wow, I am seeing so many server doing this. Once I have my server open to the public we are going to set up here on RMS but I am setting a membership byline in the rules about anyone who tires to dupe the RMS rating system. When I am ready for DCRO to be rated I want it to be an honest thing.
