The reviewer "desolence" was on our server for not even five minutes. This player was upset that our server was an English Server, meaning typing in any other language is not welcomed. This reviewer was also muted for breaking other server rules.

He rated: Server stability a 4. He was online for less than 5 minutes. How could he even possibly rate the stability?

how exactly can you get proof of something like a player being online for 5 minutes?

were not psychic.. we cant screenshot and chatlog every little thing that happens on the server.

i can provide an edited image (blurred out) screenshot of the character in the SQL database, showing his login count, and his character level. (which is less than 100, and you can get to level 150 in a matter of minutes)

personally, i think this review is just a "hate" review.

i do remember a player name "desolence", and he wanted things that weren't on the server.
eg. Stat reset, easy gold room, MvP cards being sold at the mall.. those kind of things. The type of things most common SHR's have.. but were not like most common SHR's.

You can't really prove he wasn't on for LONGER than five minutes; he could have hit a few monsters and sat around the rest of the time for all we know. So using his time online as a basis for removing the review without offering hard proof likely won't get you anywhere.

First, the review must be an honest opinion from you about the server.
If your reviews contain one or more of the following, they will be deleted:

# 1) Reviews that do not give any explanation for the score given (no matter the score is high or low) will be deleted. i.e. "Best Server out there!", "Join Join Join <3", "This server SUCKS!", "GM corrupted the server. 10/100" Why "gm corrupted" will be deleted? Because it does not give a fair score with respect to the Stability/Availability etc.

I think I'll delete it for the lack of content relative to the score given.  But before that, since you think he is that person that "was online for less than 5 minutes", mind sending me in private message the person's ip range / email for a check?
