If we consider a review as a user experience, we don't need to look at the incident from the another person's point of view. The review isn't unacceptable in terms of score and comment in order for us to take further action.
What is there in the screenshot vs what you said and what he said in the review is arguable. We lack the exact information to determine what is 'false' here.
If we take your screenshot into consideration, then when someone post a set of screenshots showing an incident of, for instance, gm being mean to a player. That will cause all review that says the gm team is friendly to be deleted. We cannot do that.
