Could you please look at the top reviews.
1st by Sayaru
2nd by Kyrolike

Both have written their reviews shortly after being banned from the server, therefore being heavily biased.
(There's a slight possibility that they're the same person.)

Reason for their bans were that both have been cursing and trying to offend the servers, it's players and their GM's.
With comments such as: "your brainless", "corrupt", and "liars" targeted towards the community.
