ShinkoRO Advertises RMS Review Event on their webpage

Been lurking around the voting page a lil and saw Shinkoro getting quite a few reviews in a very short time. Nothing wrong with this but after I was browsing their website, they seem to be openly advertise for a RMS Review Event. Their forums however seem pretty empty on information of all kinds.

I don't know whats behind this said "RMS Review Event" but in my opinion, this sounds rather weird.
