Server not following TOS

ToiletPaperRO doesnt follow the prescribed guildelines for the server as the link they provide on their rating page leads directly to the download of their client.

This is all that appears on their webpage without clicking their links:

My understanding was the link had to lead directly to the server webpage and not in this form.
