Server name taken?

Hiya, I was just wondering just to make sure but I noticed a new server that popped up called Baka-RO.
Now, I know awhile ago there was another Baka-RO that was here on RMS, it got removed or something by the server owner right?

Although I know the sites are different, again I wasn't sure if the server having the name of an old server that existed is against the rules or not...

it is not against the rule, server owners of course have their right to name their server whatever they want.  As long as the server meet our listing requirement.
