Stating my curiosity, is it possible to report a corrupt Administrator to a server? for an example unfair bans?
Heading to the point of this thread Is it possible to report a server for permanently banning me for giving an honest/bad review towards the server?

The review system's terms of services do not cover 'corruption' or 'corrupt administrator' because the term 'corrupt' can cover a wide degree of action.  There is no black and white written standard to judge what's corrupt and what's not in an unarguable way.

If you are banned from the server for posting an honest review, it is unfortunate and if there is any slight chance that you doubt this could happen we would suggest you cover your identity in your review.  You could ask for a rename of display name within reason.  (I know it's too late if you are banned after posting a review). 

To answer your question, it is not covered by the terms of services neither.  We have no authority to doubt why someone is banned from a server.  It is the internal operation of a server which we don't step into.  It takes very little work for a server to say why someone is banned and we would not be able to persuade on the matter further even if we ask.  In other words, it is very difficult for us to do anything against a server that ban players for bad/honest reviews because there will be no proof on our hands and servers can easily say the player is banned for other reasons. 

Regardless of all that, there is always the 'in-depth review' section and 'rant and rave' section of this forum that you can share your stories on any servers.
