DivinityRO False Review/Forum Post

kyle2009178 is a player named Ulquiorra and Elliot Winters on DivinityRO. A day ago he suggested on our forums that we should allow "dual client". I responded to the thread and told him at this time I wouldn't dedicate time to allow dual clienting as we currently don't allow it (according to our rules & regulations). Furthermore, I told him that his thread was not in the right forum. He responded, in a very rude manner with cursing and insults, and I was at work at the time. I logged into the forums and responded again letting him know that I would be closing the thread, editing his foul language out and this was a first warning (note I did NOT increase warn level or even mute, jail or ban him at all). I was trying to be nice about it and defuse the situation. I proceeded to message him on the forum expanding on the information I provided. He responded, yet again, admitting he was "upset" and that is why he acted the way he did. Just now, I got online and talked to my Assistant Administrator. She was dealing with him all evening and he continually overreacted inside of the game server. He questioned new players and continued to press the issue I politely and repeatedly said was over with until we said otherwise. He also called my Assistant Admin "stupid" and said we're "simple minded". Mind you, we didn't do as much as mute him or increase his forum warn level. We have tried to reason with the player and be patient. However, we will be punishing him. He went on our RMS page, deleted his previous good review and re-posted a low scored and biased second review out of retaliation (since we didn't do it his way). That is unacceptable and false by all means. He is also going around these forums and responded to a review thread another player made and posting the same false information.

This shouldn't be allowed. I have his IP information and e-mail if you'd like to confirm the identity of this person. And I will also pull any server chat logs if required.

This is where he is belittling [GM] Euphemia whom was trying her hardest to be patient. She did not once strike back at all. Very polite and professional.


Calling her "stupid"

In conclusion, this just isn't fair. We're a new server. I am trying to be nice but I shouldn't be poorly and falsely accused in third parties like RMS. It's bad publicity and it is defamation of our character on countless levels. Please do something about this if possible.

P.S. - Investigating further, I noticed kyle has a long history of doing these kinds of things on RMS.

Thank you very much for clearing that review. It goes to show, can't please everyone. It's just much easier to keep the peace then let drama escalate like this did. I like to stay as drama free as possible.
