Since I can't reply back in that topic, I had to make a new one.

Just wanted to say that I don't really care about that one review and you might as well just delete it.
And no, I didn't write it, or any of my staff. I'm not that pathetic.
And just for your information, that "Who's Online" on the website doesn't show who's online on the server, but on the website itself.

Well, first excuse my words there on the assumption part.  I am putting it as a general case based on my experience when things like that happen and it might not be the case for your specific server.

I see the review is fine and no need to delete it.  The survey data is not taken into account to determine if a review is meeting the guideline or not, the data is meant to be anonymous.  What you might need is more reviews to show a better picture of the server rather than from just one person.
