Well, first excuse my words there on the assumption part. I am putting it as a general case based on my experience when things like that happen and it might not be the case for your specific server.
I see the review is fine and no need to delete it. The survey data is not taken into account to determine if a review is meeting the guideline or not, the data is meant to be anonymous. What you might need is more reviews to show a better picture of the server rather than from just one person.
