Please read - Server false review

Please read this i don't even know who this person is & he/she making my server look bad read he/her post http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=serverstat&serid=5382&url_sname= I don't even remember that i allow any of my gms legits,i even deny them of the @item command yet this person claim that one of my gms is corrupted.What troubles me even more that he/she says that my community is hostile,why don't u come ahead and try me server and see if that person's words are true.I know you guys need his/her ip but i don't even know him/her.Hope u read my statement.This is totally unfair as my server has just entered a good period of growth after few month of nightmares.

You just have to reply to it and let readers decide, that is the purpose of reviewing.  You have to accept both the good and bad when your server is open for reviews. 

The IP rule is not going to apply to review with a score at that level.

You handled it in a mature, professional matter with your reply on your server's review page.

I think most would read your reply and think twice about the person's review. If I were you, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Hello, I am Eikichi, aka the GM of said "top guild". As a dedicated player of the server, it hurts to see when another player writes false reviews. Not only did they write a false review, they accused me of being a GM? I admit I do have better gear than the average player, however all my gears are legit. I think the comment about me being a GM should be delete/removed. I do understand that there are good, as well as bad comments. However, bad comments should not include lies. Please reconsider.

If you have created a misunderstanding atmosphere in your server, I believe you should explain it to your server on your server's forum.  There are definitely more revelant people going to read it there than here.

Having ridiculous amount of vendor/fake player population would turn away player more in my opinion.
