I believe this person posted multi-reviews. These were posted within 2 hours around GMT -5.

Did you read what the OP posted? All those reviews could've been done by one person which is exactly what the thread starter said:
"I believe this person posted multi-reviews. These were posted within 2 hours around GMT -5."

Mmm. Especially since the reviews progress slowly through different points, like the posted kept an 'issue' each new review from an olf one, then added a new on top, then used that new one on the next review.

Well I done what I can to clean it up based on the review guidelines and check on possibly same-user cases.  They are not likely all done by the same person but some are more likely to be the same person than others.  (Though it's the internet, I can't say for sure if they are all the same or not the same person etc) Usually if you have a huge drama in the server this might be the result =/

You could choice to put the listing in hidden mode until you resolve the problem with your players if that's the case.
