LokiRO recruiting in other servers

Someone was recruiting other players from a different server to join the server called LokiRO that appears to be launching on May 1.

Unfortunately anyone can do that on any server, we can't say if someone is advertising for x server must be coming from x server or a staff of x server.  There is no punishment we can possibly hand out on advertising on other severs.

I am not expecting any kind of punishment. I am just letting everyone know and maybe I can get some feedback.
