Well if you wish to know i dont have alot of players on my ro and i am listed to be #9
I think its all based on time zones.
Becuase when its 12 pm to 9 pm theres only 15-16
when its 9pm to 7 am theres 30-40

Maybe the server took a down turn on population?  Review default display show reviews up to 6 months old.  From the ID of the server it looks like it has been around for more than few months.  The reviews don't all happen in one day.

Just had a quick look, but I didn't find anything suspicious.  There is a link in their forums to encourage players to leave reviews on RMS, but there's no sign of incentives being given out for those that do leave reviews.

Also, 16 online just now, and judging by the ranking lists, there have been many players previously playing on this server.

Ohhh ... that one is from that server.  I actually sent an email to the reviewer to see if I can get something out if him/her when I saw that.  Well I didn't get any reply.  I leave that review there but i am doubtful if that is sufficient to do anything on our part ...
