Very not what RMS wish to do, we are not here to take player captive. What it says there "Also Very Important if our rating falls below 90/100. Ill be forced to close the server and just save resources for Trans -Midrate." is scary. The point to open a server is not to get review, the point to close a server shouldn't have anything to do with rating. That's blackmailing.
