Bad server review because of a revenge, completely dissobey's the rules.

He wrote two falls reviews , giving us the rating of 11 and 10. He was a GM and got fired, he though to make a revenge because I didn't think he was suitable for the job. He seemed to be fired of Invoke RO, I  gave him another chance. People these days like to be coawards afterall, he colud of just left it and not make falls review. Both reviews with same ip, I checked this, since I banned the second one and the first one of gm serj.
