I am from EU too and got bad Internet Connection is Ping is 140~
His bad ínternet is not our fault.
Stability Server is always Online so it's a joke that Rating.

You can talk for yourself but you can't really talk for the whole EU, I don't see why sharing your experience can invalidate others expereince.  Of course there are server side lag and client side lag and who is to blame is hard to say.  The review score could use some adjustment for things not covered in the review, but that overall is a valid review.

So if the Server runtime  is 99,9% get a 4 Points Rating sounds fair ? weird
