Most filipinos don't know how to handle their servers properly. They think that, by giving out uber powered items or zeny, they'll gain more players in-return, and have active donation system which is abused by the staffs.

I know how they think. I'm pinoy too. But my years of experience both handling and playing private servers makes me different on their perspective.
