Name isn't a complain-able issue.  Simply because they are not copyrighted or anything.  As much as Peter doesn't like it there has to be at least someone else named Peter.

I don't recall saying anything about against the rule to use some other server's name.  Maybe i did O_o link me?

Outside the rules, i find it low to user another server's name in order to gain advantage.  But that's just from me, there is no such rule against using any existing (or previously existed) server names.

In this case it's better to make some distinction on your server and  hope that people don't confuse the two.

I personally think it's a win-win situation here.

If the original JustRO is better, it gives them more players... how?

If there's 2 JustRO's who advertise 'JustRO', that's 2 different staffs, 2 different owners, and 2 different population of players upping the prestige of the name... 'JustRO'.

Also, it gives them friendly competition between each other to see who can make a better server.

I wouldn't mind if another person made an idealRO,  .

With the 9million RO servers out there everyone knew this was bound to happen. Even with RO servers with somewhat distinctive names eventually will clash together and no one will know what they are talking about. Thats why its kinda irritating when ppl say "Have u played dRO?" like I'm supposed to know which server that has a D in the name they are talking about...
